Alaya Davis!

Alaya has demonstrated such passion for helping people help themselves her energy for htis cause has been an inspiration to our office. She will always remember to try to put herself in someone else's shoes and keeps an an open mind so that she may be able to give her all. She is known for saying what needs to be said, not necessarily what other want to hear, and does it with such poise and professionalism that noone can really get upset with her. She has great internation with co-workers, consumers, and the other agencies we are involved with. she is always going beyond the call of duty to help the communiyt. Alaya treats everyone with compassion and dignity. She has proven respect, honesty, responsibility and is always straight forward in all that she strives for. Alaya is always looking for resources to enhance the quality of life to those that we serve, will always ask for help, input, and ha sno problem talking things out to find solutions.
