Alan Paulsen!

Alan has an engaging personality and brings levity in a timely manner to serious situations. He is thought about the systems of RECAP and whether they are working for hte benefit of all involved. There were a number of exntended periods this month when fiscal personnel were absent. Alan handled his traditional duties and worked on several special projects for the Executive Director. Mr. Paulsen pitched in without being requested to keep things running smoothly in the department. He also was able to generate and distribute the W-2's earlier than the law requires. He is consistently on time and opens the department for his collegues and himself. He has been a great addition to an excellent fiscal staff..
