Like many non-profits, RECAP is governed by a Board of Directors. RECAP is unique in that our Board truly represents a cross-section of the Orange County community because it is divided into three sectors: Community, Poverty and Business. The sectors represent the community served, Orange County professionals and businesses, and publicly-elected officials. This diverse group ensures that important decisions are made only when all voices are represented, keeping the community at the heart of RECAP.

A Board member can retain their seat for up to 15 years with the exception of a publicly elected official who may hold their seat only as long as they are in office.
