For supportive housing or rental assistance applicants must meet the following criteria:

- Be a resident of Orange County

- Attend a housing workshop

- Be homeless or potentially homeless

- Maintain a structured day schedule of 6 hours per day, 5 days per week (no exceptions)

- Comply with program guidelines

- Applicants must earn over the income guidelines (see table below).
