Avent House

Furnished rooms in Middletown, including a community room and an on-site resident manager. Residents have developed an effective security program.

 

Doris B. Christopher Senior House

Wheelchair-accessible safe haven in Port Jervis for men and women age 55+. Offers single room occupancies, shared living facilities, and an on-site laundry room. Senior house has a live-in manager who maintains the buildings grounds and 24 hour security. RECAP case managers also work with other supportive services such as Meals on Wheels.

 

Community Re-Entry Project

CREP offers 26 transitionsl living apartments in Middletown for displaced low-income families.

 

FOCUS Building

The FOCUS Building in Middletown offers relief to pregnant single women and their children, helping them avoid shelters by providing healthy and affordable housing.

 

Hasbrouck House

Located in Newburgh, Hasbrouck is similar to Avent House in that both provide furnished rooms, shared living facilities, a community room and a resident manager on site.

 

PACER House

Pacer House in Middletown offers furnished rooms, shared living facilities and a community room to single men with special needs, including those with histories in incarceration, addicition, and mental health issues.
