The Residential Emergency Services To Offer Repairs to the Elderly, commonly referred to as the RESTORE Program aims to address the diverse substandard housing conditions affection the older homeowner 60 years of age and older. 

RESTORE Program provides small grants to elderly persons who own and occupy their homes and require repairs for things that may pose a threat to the health, safety, and life of the elderly homeowner.
