Minimum Eligibility Requirements for Shelter Plus Care Program Must be Alcohol and Drug –free at least 30 days Orange County Resident Homeless Or Potentially Homeless Financial Eligibility Required Structured Week 6 hours a day, 5 days a week
SUPPORTIVE HOUSING INCLUDES Case Management Services Clean, Safe, Affordable Housing Help Achieve Self-Sufficiency Provide referrals and resources to help maintain economic independence and continued sobriety ______ Additional Service with ShelterPlus Applicants May Access: Rental assistance Advocacy in all aspects of human / social services related problems Continuing Education courses in Adult Basic Education (ABE), General Equivalency Diploma (GED), and English as a Second Language (ESL) Employment and training opportunities Resident meetings Recreational activities Intensive Day Treatment Program All housing offer an alcohol and drug free environment |
