The TRUST Center, an OASAS-licensed treatment facility specializing in drug and alcohol addiction, assists participants on their road to recovery. Under the guidance of certified counselors and qualified professionals, participants learn the benefits of sobriety, how to identify triggers that lead to addiction, and develop a treatment plan that works. Participants get the most out of treatment offered at the TRUST Center through its distinctive 4-phase program design:

Phase 1: Orientation - Participants are given time to become familiar with the program, surroundings, staff and other clients.

Phase 2: Life Skills - Concentration is on the participant developing the skills needed to succeed in both personal  and professional situations including relationship skills and basic financial education. Vocational needs are identified and all participants are encouraged to further their education through ABE, GED and ESL classes.

Phase 3: Working Towards Self Sufficiency - Participants plan for the real-life situations they'll face after the program. Where will you live? How will you afford it? Where will you receive support after leaving the program? Staff help formulate a plan for these challenges and involve family and community resources.

Phase 4: Transitions - The participant develops a strong foundation for continued well-being and long-term sobriety. They no longer need as much help and can transition back into society.

The clear phases relieve some anxiety associated with addiction treatment. In addition to the general program, the TRUST center offers females a “Women’s Track,” which addresses sensitive issues in a safe, supportive atmosphere with other women. The TRUST Center is able to receive "dual diagnosis” participants, meaning participants who suffer from both addiction and a mental illness such as bipolar disorder or depression.
