Food Pantry

A 3-day supply of food which residents may take advantage of once every 3 months.

Participants meet with a caseworker to discuss needs and how to access other food resources in the community. The pantry is open Monday-Friday 9:00AM-5:00PM

No appointment needed, but please provide the following documentation. Your file will be updated annually:

  • Proof of income (for all family members provide all that apply: 1 month of paystubs, unemployment statement, child support, Social Security, etc.)
  • Proof of Address (electric or heat bill, or lease)
  • Birth certificates for all family members
  • Photo ID for all adults

We collaborate with local supermarkets and bakeries to provide a daily supply of free breads and cakes to the public

Distribution is on weekdays at 10:00AM.

We greatly appreciate donations. Always needed are:

  • Canned vegetables & fruits
  • Canned meat
  • Cereal
  • Pasta & sauce
  • Juice
  • Peanut butter & Jelly
  • Rice & beans

RECAP's Nutrition & Thanksgiving Program

Complete this preliminary application to determine your family’s eligibility for our food pantry and/or Thanksgiving services. Upon review a family worker will contact you to complete your application and collect any additional documentation needed. This application may also indicate if you are eligible for other RECAP services which you will be notified of as well. This application is confidential and all answers are kept confidential. Please be advised you will need to provide ID, birth certificates, proof of income, and proof of address.
